Major issue that physician will have to face with dedicated device to treat bifurcation is wire twisting.

In case of slight resistance accept the possibility of wire twisting.

When approaching the lesion, if a slight resistance is felt, accept that wires maybe twisted and untwist systematically

Wire untwisting is feasible and a success factor
