• Lesion approach Right Radial with poor support and left radial approach
• Attempted Strategy :
  - Open the RCA.
  - Treat just the acute infarction, and treat other lesions afterwards.
• Guiding Catheter AL1, JR4, MP1 with right approach, and JR4 with left radial.
•   Guide 1 » (Floppy hydrophilic guidewire to cross the lesion)
•   Guide 2 » (Extra support guidewire to pass the stent.)
